Open, erect, spreading shrub, to 3 m high, phyllodes flat 75-150 mm long, glabrous; inflorescences racemose, heads globular, pods 5-6 mm wide. Fl. yellow, Apr and Jul. Sandy clays and loams, hard brown loam. Flats, road verges, hillside near saline flats.
