Clump-forming perennial, herb, 0.07-0.2 m high, Leaves oblanceolate, 0.5-1.8 cm long, 0.6-4 mm wide, apex subacute, margin entire, glandular. Scape glandular throughout, or with hairs restricted to base. Inflorescence racemose. Fl. yellow, Sep to Dec. White-grey sand, brown peaty sand or clay loam, near granite. Plains and upslope, rock outcrops. Heath, mallee shrubland.
