Basally rosetted tuberous, perennial, herb, (0.08-)0.15-1 m high. Fl. white-cream, Oct to Dec or Jan to Feb. Lateritic gravelly soils, sand, clay loam. Seasonally wet flats, low rises, riverine flats, ridges.
