Bushy erect, occasionally semi-prostrate or wind-pruned shrub or tree, 1-3(-4) m high, bark fibrous & hard. Fl. yellow/cream, Jun to Jul. White or red sand. Coastal dunes & ridges, rocky limestone hills.
