Avicennia marina (Forssk.) Vierh. subsp. marina

Mangrove shrub or tree, 1.5-6(-16) m high. Fl. orange, Nov to Dec or Jan to Mar. In the inter-tidal zone of muddy or sandy flats in estuaries.
