Caespitose perennial, herb, 0.12-0.27 m high, Leaves tufted, broadly linear, (2-) 5-13 cm long, 0.6-1.5 mm wide, apex mucronate, margin hyaline and serrulate, glabrous. Scape glandular throughout. Inflorescence paniculate. Capsule twisted. Fl. pink, Sep to Nov. Sandy clay and clay loam over laterite. Adjacent to creeklines, depressions, and beneath breakaways. Heath or mallee shrubland.
