Spreading shrub, 0.6-4 m high, phyllodes terete or sub-terete, glabrous; inflorescences simple, heads globular; pods 3-4.5 mm wide. Fl. yellow, Aug to Sep. Gravelly sand-clay-loam. Well-drained intermittent salt creek, lateritic ridge, hillside.
