Spreading shrub or tree, to 10 m high, bark mottled yellow, grey, orange, slightly fissured. Fl. cream, Oct to Nov. Grey sandy clay, brown clay, skeletal alluvial soils, sandstone, limestone. Slopes behind beach, dry creek beds, flats between creek and cliffs, flood plains, scree slopes.
