Rhizomatous, perennial, herb or (fern), to 1.7 m high, fronds 1-pinnate; pinnae crenate; obtuse; sori terminating veins, close to margin. Fl. Oct to Nov. Damp shaded sites on rock faces, sandstone cliffs.
