Rosetted perennial, herb, 0.08-0.5 m high, Leaves subulate to narrowly oblanceolate, 0.5-2.2 cm long, 0.6-1.8 mm wide, apex acute, margin entire, glabrous or minutely papillose. Scape glabrous. Inflorescence racemose. Fl. pink/cream/orange, Sep to Dec. Sand or loam over laterite. Hillsides, gullies, creeklines and swampy depressions. Woodland, mallee heath, shrubland.
