Upright, spreading, multi-stemmed shrub, 0.1-0.5(-1.5) m high. Fl. yellow, Jan to Feb or May to Jun or Oct. Sandy loam, clay over basalt, laterite. Rocky hill slopes, along creeks, plateaus.
