Shrubs. Stems, cross section square. Peltate scales absent. Leaves 8-14 mm long, 3.5-6 mm wide, opposite, entire, with simple hairs, not bullate, not viscid. Margins entire. Bracteoles absent. Bracts present. 5-6.5. mm long Pedicel present, 0.5-1.7 mm long, with simple hairs, peltate scales hairs present. Calyx with two lobes, 2.5-3 mm long, not accrescent, sparsely hairy, with simple hairs, not bullate. Corolla mauve, purple, lilac or violet, 12-15 mm long, wih simple hairs, not viscid, with four stamens, style 6.5-8.5 mm long, filament 2-6 mm long, anthers 1.2-1.4 mm long. Appendage present. Flowering time September or October. Distribution Botanical Province South-West, IBRA Bioregion Esperance. Conservation Code Priority One (P1).
