Erect, spreading shrub, 1-2 m high. Fl. yellow, Sep to Nov. White sandy clay, yellow sand. Vicinity of salt lakes.







Scientific Description
Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets glabrous, ribbed. Leaves alternate, (20-)50 mm long, 1-1.5 mm wide, hairy; lamina subterete, more or less the same width throughout, entire, smooth; apex pungent. Inflorescences yellow; pedicels 0.5-2 mm long, hairy. Perianth 8-10 mm long, radially symmetrical, glabrous; anther appendage present, 0.4-0.5 mm long; ovary hairy; pistil 8-10 mm long. Flowers in September, October or November. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Geraldton Sandplains (GS), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA) or Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
