Upright shrub, (0.3-)0.6-1.5 m high. Fl. pink, May or Jul to Oct. Sandy soils, gravelly loam or clay.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 0.5-1.5 m high; branchlets hairy, with straight hairs. Leaves alternate, 15-35 mm long, 7-14 mm wide, glabrous; lamina flat, widest around the middle, entire. Inflorescences not viscid, white or pink. Perianth 10-15 mm long, hairy, the limb apex hairy at the apex only; pistil 10-15 mm long; pollen presenter fusiform, hairy, 1-1.5 mm long. Cone with deciduous scales, 8-10 mm long. Flowers in May, June, July, August, September or October. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Jarrah Forest (JF) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
