Creeping perennial, herb (forming compact clumps to 15 cm wide), elevated above soil on wiry stilt roots up to 6 cm long. Fl. yellow-orange-green, Oct to Nov. Gritty loam soils on granite rocks, clayey sand over laterite. In shrublands or eucalypt woodlands.
