Erect, multi-stemmed shrub or tree, to 4.5 m high, bark thin, rough, fibrous, grey. Fl. cream-yellow, Jul or Sep to Oct or Dec. Red-brown sand, clay or loam, laterite, granite, sandstone. Sandplains & ridges, floodplains, claypans, breakaways, along watercourses.
