Small tree or shrub, 2-6(-10) m high. Fl. cream, Nov to Dec. Sand. Along drainage lines, near soaks.
Scientific Description
Shrubs, 2-6 m high; branchlets hairy, not glaucous. Leaves alternate, 60-300 mm long, 0.5-1.5 mm wide, glabrous; lamina subterete, entire. Inflorescences terminal, white, cream or pink; pedicels 0.5-3 mm long. Perianth 3-4.5 mm long; tepals all free after flower opens, glabrous, simple-hairy; ovary glabrous, stipitate, the stipe 0.5-1 mm long; pistil 12-15 mm long, white or cream, pollen presenter conical, style glabrous. Follicles glabrous, not viscid, dehiscent, 13-24 mm long. Flowers in November or December. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) Botanical Province(s), in the Yalgoo (YAL), Murchison (MUR) or Coolgardie (COO) IBRA subregion(s).
