(Mallee), 1.5-6 m high, bark smooth, grey over copper, peeling. Fl. cream, Mar to Jul or Nov. Grey to white sand, red-grey loam, sandy or gravelly clay. Plains, valleys, breakaways, undulating outcrops, near rivers.
