Shrubs, 1-2 m high; branchlets glabrous. Leaves alternate, 35-70 mm mm long, glabrous; lamina terete, twice or more divided, tripartitely divided, deeply divided, with (2-)5-7 points or lobes; distance from base of leaf to lowest lobe 25-45 mm. Inflorescences not viscid, white or cream. Perianth 10-12 mm long, glabrous; pistil 15-20 mm long; pollen presenter fusiform, hairy, 3-4 mm long. Cone with persistent scales, 30-40 mm long. Flowers in August, September or October. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Geraldton Sandplains (GS), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA) or Avon Wheatbelt (AW) IBRA subregion(s).
