Scientific Description

Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets hairy, with curled hairs. Leaves alternate, 15-35 mm mm long, 1.5-2 mm mm wide, glabrous; lamina terete, entire, straight or curved, smooth, (0.5-)1-1.5 mm long. Inflorescences not viscid, cream or yellow. Perianth 10-16 mm long, hairy, the limb apex hairy all over; pistil 10-16 mm long; pollen presenter not fusiform, hairy, 2.5-3.5 mm long, the brush 1.5-2 mm long. Cone with deciduous scales, 25-28 mm long. Flowers in February, March, April, May or June. Occurs in the South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Geraldton Sandplains (GS), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA) or Jarrah Forest (JF) IBRA subregion(s). : Conservation code Priority Three (P3).
