Much-branched, rounded or flat-topped shrub or tree, (1-)2-4.5(-6) m high, bark 'minni-ritchi'. Fl. yellow, May to Oct. Red sandy soils, lateritic soils. Rocky hills & rises, stony & clay flats, undulating sandplains.
