Low spreading to sprawling or sometimes ascending, viscid shrub, 0.2-0.7(-1) m high, 0.75-5 m wide. Fl. yellow, Mar to Oct. Red sand, stony soils. Rocky hills & ranges, sand dunes, sandplains, rocky plateaus.
