Scientific Description

Shrubs. Stems, cross section square or more or less circular. Peltate scales absent. Leaves 25-45 mm long, 3-6 mm wide, opposite, entire, with simple hairs, not bullate, not viscid. Margins entire. Bracteoles absent. Bracts present. 1.7-2. mm long Pedicel present, 1.5-4 mm long, with simple hairs, peltate scales hairs present. Calyx with five lobes, 1-2 mm long, not accrescent, moderately dense, with simple hairs, not bullate. Corolla white or cream, 10-12 mm long, Dots or stripes in throat present, wih simple hairs, not viscid, with four stamens, style 7-8 mm long, filament 2-2.5 mm long, anthers 1-1.2 mm long. Appendage present. Distribution Botanical Province Eremaeam, IBRA Bioregion Gascoyne. Conservation Code Priority One (P1).
