Slender shrub (with resinous, angled young branches), to 1.5 m high, phyllodes flat, long, needle-like, 4-11 cm long;inflorescence globular to broadly ellipsoid. Fl. yellow, Aug to Oct. Sand to loam over granite. Heathlands, disturbed road verges.
