(Mallee), 2-10 m high, bark smooth throughout; inflorescences simple axillary triads; stamens in 4 bundles. Fl. white-cream, Sep to Dec or Jan to Mar. Yellow or red sand, sandy clay, loam, laterite. Breakaways, sandplains, granite hills.
