Erect shrub, 0.1-1 m high. Fl. white/pink/red, Mar to Dec. Dry white sand, brown clayey sands or loams, sandy clay over laterite, yellow gravelly loam, ironstone rubble, quartzite, limestone. Coastal sites, wetlands, hilly areas and uplands, ridges and breakaways.
