Stems ribbed. Leaves flat, 2.5-9 mm long, 0.4-1 mm wide, glabrous; margins entire. Bracteoles present, 7-10 mm long, glabrous. Flowers pedicellate, the pedicels 7-10 mm long, glabrous. Calyx lobes present, 4.5-5 mm long, glabrous. Corolla blue, 12-25 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, glabrous on the outside, hairy on the inside, 1.6-8 mm wide, 1.5-4.5 mm wide on the narrower side. Anthers free. Ovary inferior, not gibbose; style 6-7 mm long, hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules more than two. Flowers in August, September and October. Occurs in the Coolgardie (COO), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Jarrah Forest (JF), Mallee (MAL), Warren (WAR) and Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA Region(s), of the Eremaean (E) and South West (SW) Botanical Province.
