Stems ribbed or unribbed. Leaves flat, 20-40 mm long, 4-10 mm wide, absent (leaves glabrous) or hairy, with sparse, present hairs; margins entire or lobed. Bracteoles present, 1.2-2 mm long, hairy, with simple hairs. Flowers Presence pedicellate, the pedicels 10-20 mm long, hairy or glabrous, with simple hairs. Calyx lobes present, Calyx length 3-5 mm long, hairy, with sparse, simple hairs. Corolla mauve, 11 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, hairy on the outside, with sparse, simple hairs, glabrous on the inside; central lobes 4.2-4.5 mm long, with wings; outer lobes 0.1-0.2 mm long, wings present on both sides, 0.1 mm wide on the narrower side, 0.1-0.2 mm wide on the broader side. Anthers free. Ovary superior, not gibbose; style 7 mm long, rarely hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules more than two. Occurs in the Yalgoo (YAL), Murchison (MUR), Coolgardie (COO), Carnarvon (CAR), Geraldton Sandplains (GS), Swan Coastal Plain (SWA), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Jarrah Forest (JF), Mallee (MAL) and Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA Region(s), of the Eremaean (E) and South West (SW) Botanical Province.
