Shrubs, 0.5-1 m high; branchlets glabrous. Leaves alternate, 7-20 mm mm long, 0.5-1 mm mm wide, glabrous; lamina terete, entire, incurved. Inflorescences leafy, the flowers dispersed singly, pink or blue, hairy; floral bracts 1.5-2.5 mm long, hairy. Perianth 4.5-7 mm long, irregular, hairy; upper lip 1-2 mm long, hairy; lower lip 0.5-1 mm long, hairy. Nut 1.5-2 mm long. Flowers in May, June, July, August, September, October or November. Occurs in the Eremaean (ER) or South-west (SW) Botanical Province(s), in the Coolgardie (COO), Avon Wheatbelt (AW), Mallee (MAL) or Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA subregion(s).
