Often drooping, diffuse shrub, to 3 m high. Fl. white/pink, Oct to Dec or Jan to Mar or May. Sandy peat, black sandy clay, humus-rich soils, quartz sand. Flats, slopes, valleys, edges of creeks, swamps & wetlands, flood plains.
