Rhizomatous, perennial, herb or (fern), 0.1-0.85 m high, fronds 1-pinnate; rachis trailing, young plant developing on end; sori several per pinna, linear. Fl. Oct. Lateritic gravel, sandy loam. Rocky crevices, on tree trunks in wet forest, granite rock.
