Rosetted perennial, herb, 0.04-0.2 m high, Leaves tufted, linear to narrowly oblanceolate, 0.5-9 cm long, 1-2.5 mm wide, apex mucronate, margin minutely toothed, glabrous. Scape with glandular and eglandular hairs. Inflorescence paniculate. Fl. white, Sep to Nov. Yellow or red sand. Well drained hillslopes and sandplains. Shrubland or low woodland.
