Scientific Description

Stems unribbed. Leaves flat, 20-50 mm long, 5-10 mm wide, Indumentum present, with dense, glandular hairs; margins toothed. Bracteoles absent. Pedicel absent (flowers sessile) or pedicellate, Pedicel length the pedicels 0-6 mm long. Calyx lobes present, Calyx length 0-1 mm long, hairy, with dense, simple hairs. Corolla white or blue, 20-26 mm long, without auricles, not spurred, hairy on the outside, with sparse, simple hairs, hairy on the inside; central lobes 8.5-10 mm long, with wings; outer lobes 9-11 mm long, wings present on both sides, 1.2-3 mm wide. Anthers free. Ovary inferior, not gibbose; style 9-10 mm long, hairy; indusium single, hairy; ovules one or two. Occurs in the Esperance Plains (ESP) IBRA Region(s), of the South West (SW) Botanical Province. Conservation Code: Conservation code Threatened (T).
